4. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2 business days
  • Review the claim and investigate the alleged infringement
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is valid
  • Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown
  • Complete the process within 10 business days of receiving a valid notice

5. Counter-Notice

If content you posted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

7. False Claims
